Terms of Service

1. Method of Payment
☆ Send me a dm/email to discuss your commission. When I accept, you must pay a 50% of the minimum total price to secure a slot.
☆ Payment through PayPal/GCash
☆ It is only after this I will start your commission and begin the sketch.2. Timeframe of completion
☆ Commissions is done through first-come, priority basis.
☆ No hard deadline, but expect at most within 1-3 months depending on circumstances (I'm a full-time student juggling many responsibilities D: ) Thank you so much for your understanding! I will still give updates as the artwork progresses.3. Updates & Revisions
☆ Before the sketch is confirmed, major revisions can still be made to the artwork (pose, composition, whole design)
☆ After, only minor revisions can be entertained such as colors/small details. Making major revisions at this stage will incur an additional fee (depending on complexity).4. Rights to Artwork
☆ I reserve the rights to the artwork, therefore it cannot be claimed as made by anyone else. I am also allowed to use these on social media/portfolios (however if this makes you uncomfortable, you may tell me)
☆ For the buyer, commissions will be for personal use. You are allowed to post these on social media (ideally w/ credit), use them as a profile pic, give as a gift, or share to others. However, you are not allowed to sell/profit over them.5. Termination & Refund
☆ You may cancel the commissioned artwork at any time, however a full refund can only be issued before the sketch is confirmed. After it's confirmed, the down payment of 50% will be non-refundable. If you’ve paid more than 50% of the price for the initial payment, a partial refund can be negotiated.
☆ Likewise, I have the right to cancel the commissioned artwork If I notice the client being excessively rude, inappropriate, or deliberately breaching the terms of service.
